I’ve been maintaining - and trying to recomp - for 2 months, finding this just as challenging as losing!
What was your daily calorie intake if I may ask? You look fantastic!! My height and SW are very similar to yours. TIA!1 -
A year and a half. 119 lbs gone. 10 -15 to go142 -
I am still a work in progress (311 to 225) but I am extremely proud of the 86 pounds I have lost so far. My health has improved a lot and I am much happier. Only 95 more pounds until my goal!

Hi, and thank you! My daily calorie intake was quite low - I set my activity level to sedentary - so 1200 (urgh) but I added lots of exercise and ate back most of what I earned. My official maintenance calorie intake is also low (1600) but in all honesty I rarely stick to that and have become a bit lazy about tracking. I don't really want to be handcuffed to an app for years so am trying to eat intuitively and keep my activity levels up. Something that's non-negotiable, though, is a few minutes of daily body weight exercises - triceps dips, press-ups and squats - and I try to do a Park Run 5K every Saturday. I also quit alcohol six months ago and that has brought untold benefits!9

About a years progress. I gained more after the first pictures but I stopped keeping full body photos of myself because I didn’t like looking at them. Down about 50 pounds now and love having the confidence to take photos and wear clothes that don’t hide my body. I’m up about 4 pounds since the most recent photos because i’m giving myself an off week before I start a dance intensive monday.73 -

Before pic taken Mar 19 and I was at 189 pounds. After pic I took 21 Jun at 178 pounds. I started my fitness journey back in late Jan at 212 pounds. I'm a dummy because I didn't take any photos before I started.
