Hello everyone,
My name is Levi and I'm 28 years old.
I work at an office in a chair all day and when I get home I just go to the PC to play games or watch TV. I eat a lot of junk food and don't really take any breakfast or drink water at all.
I'm 183cm and I just reached 98Kg.
I get tired all the time, have zero motivation to do anything and I'm feeling my body "failing" me a lot.
I have awfull nights with barley any sleep.
So since I'm so young I want to change urgently. I have a daughter and I can barley climb stairs with her so that was my wake up call.
I would like help from everyone I can get so I hope you take really good care of me.
Thanks for reading.

Welcome. There are lots of great resources to help you on your way. Check out the stickies (most helpful posts) at the top of the forum boards. Great, to-the-point info to help you cut through the BS and avoid many of the pitfalls people make when they first start out. Helped me a lot when I first logged on to MFP. Here are three of my favorites:

    Good luck!

Hi Levi! Welcome to MFP! You will find a lot of support here. I have been here for 167 days and it is getting easier...so that is my first word of encouragement. Keep logging and you will quickly see where you are having trouble. Force yourself to move...even if it is only for short periods to start. It will get easier. Spending time playing with your daughter will help you, too, because it will remind you she is your reason to get healthier before you are any older. I know you can do this. The info smoofinator gave you is great! Just remember, you have people who can support you and lots of information you can read for ideas. Be sure to share your food diary to have help from others. You can do this!! And did I tell you? - keep logging and moving...it will get easier!!
