Lifting (shoulder day ftw) and trail running. I have a certain fondness for group classes because they bring out my competitive side and so I push that much harder, but the workouts I can do in sweet solitude are my favorites.2

Spin or hot yoga.1

I'm going to be excommunicated for this, but the treadmill. I love not having to think about cars, uneven surfaces, traffic lights, people, weather...etc, and just zoning out to a good show or audiobook.4

I prefer full body workouts.. i.e. dead, snatches, ect
I get most of my workouts from Instagram. The scenery aint' bad either!1 -
