Looking for new active motivational friends , who are seeking the exact same support as me. Looking to grow, build, and mold my body with a fitness family full of love and support, I’m currently 247lbs and my goal is 160 . I’m 5’10 also , so please feel free to add me and let’s make this month count !

Hello, I have a similar amount to lose, 5ft 7 and 237 pounds, I think, I weigh in kilos usually. So I have to lose about 80 pounds.
You look so good now! I am 60.
I am active swim twice a week and walk an hour a day. I’m looking to find a personal trainer and add 2 sessions with weights. Struggling with all the info about losing weight. I’m eating 3 or 4 meals a day, aiming for low sugar, high protein.
Started MFP last Monday, asked to lose a pound a week, but lost 8 the first week. Guess that’s the good side of being fat!, once I start , I can see change quite quickly.6 -
Hi. I have a little bit more than that to lose (SW 250, CW 224 GW 130's). I'll send you a request. I check in every day but do need to do better with logging food.4

I have over 100 lbs to lose. I’m down almost 40 lbs from the beginning of March. I’ve been setting mini goals but I’m always happy to have dedicated weight loss buddies.

Hello. We are basically the same size with somewhat similar goals. I am 5'10 and 243 lbs, but I only want to get down to about 180-185. I am just beginning my lifestyle change, AGAIN.
