Anyone out there want to buddy up? Looking to support and be supported with a buddy. I want to lose a stone (14lbs).

Me too, but I need 2 stones, to be my usual weight.
Seems so hard now.
3 things:
1. Exercise
2. Food, calories or whatever
3. Water
I do pretty well most of the time. I know when I lose big, it is w
Lots of exercise. Knee injury, work, blah, blah. Weight makes
Everything harder. Drags down my life.
I would be an accountability buddy.

Can we limit it to 10 to 12 people or so. Groups don't really work for accountability when you get hundreds or thousands.2

Hey! I want to lose about 14 pounds too. I am a mom, and I got to comfortable with fast food because it was easy. I wasn't living a healthy lifestyle either. I've got the exercise part down, but it's the food part I need help with. I do good for a couple days then I ruin all the progress with binge eating or emotional eating. So may I please be added to the group if there is still room? Or everyone just add me. I post daily and am on daily.1

I don't know where you all are based? I'm in Brussels, Belgium, so I think a different time zone to most of you :-) Yesterday was pretty good as I cycled, but didn't loose much weight- here is my fitbit info for those who use it and wish to add me https://www.fitbit.com/user/36SVVM

I think the ACCOUNTABILITY key is to set a daily/weekly goal of exercise, water, food (calories, carbs, WW, or whatever you do).
Since I am on vacation (always something, but in Rockies, hopefully lots of hiking, feeding family and kids, others in control), beginning tomorrow, mine is a bit less stringent this week.
Also, I may not have a signal all of the time.
Mon through Sunday
1. Exercise. My usual. Average 45 minutes day, Mon through Sun.
2. Food. Estimate calories, post. 2 or 3 meals, enough to hike and have blood sugar controlled. Don't eat just because others are. Smaller portions.
Don't eat junk I dont even care about
3. Water. 6 to 8 glasses.
Limit wine to 1.5 small glasses.
4. Post and read at least every other, if possible.1 -
On vacation. Ill check in next week.1
