Hey guys! Created this challenge for myself to stay on track with my weightloss journey. Interested people are welcome to join me! I have around 50 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight! Weight loss takes time. Patience and consistency is the key!!

Does anyone know how we add to the weights we have already entered to keep it going ,I have tried and it isnt opening it upto add, trying it out so I can add weight tomorrow thanks0

Hi folks... I really need to lose some weight so hoping this challenge gets me rolling. Thought 50 might be a bit much to try so working for 40.00 pounds lost

Hey hi! I usually copy my last post and then will paste it in the box and then will add my current weight to it! 😀0 -
Also you can copy the dates to a document or note in your device and edit it each time before you post it. Then copy and paste it to the message board. Hope that helps ! @fallenangel66
