Menopause and working out

I would be interested to hear how women cope with hot sweats whilst working out.

    I sweat so much more now than I ever did, I’m not sure I’d notice 😳

    Aqua fit.
    Keeps you cool and is a good work out. Helps with cardio, balance, flexibility, and muscle retention.

    I did it all the way through menopause and only once broke a rather unsightly sweat.

    I hate sweating.
