I am in, loved the Easter Challenge and met 2 goals for Easter. My first goal to lose 10lbs putting me at 212lbs completed on 3/5 and added a new goal of 201lbs completed on 4/19 by Easter was down to 199.2 I lost a total weight for that challenge of 22.8lbs. So here we go again

May 10: 161.8 - not a huge loss, but glad I was able to lose at all. I had a pretty full weekend of calories and it took some extra time to get that weight back down.
May 17: 161.4 - not much loss again, but I've been sick this whole week. Slept most of the time so wasn't as active as normal. Hoping to start next week off healthy.
May 24: 160.8 - slowly but surely... Almost to the 150s!!! That's my goal for next week 😁
May 31: 161.0 - Ok, I can explain. I started TOM this week and Memorial Day Weekend was full of giving in to cravings. I gained about 4 lbs worth of water weight but it reduced quickly. This week WILL be better!
June 8(forgot to weigh in yesterday): 159.6 - yay!
June 14: 158.6 - nice! It's getting down to the wire so I know I need to stay on track! Next week I go on vacation for 5 days though, so I guess we will see what happens...

Well I am traveling again and do not have access to a scale. I may not be able to weigh myself for the final weigh-in next week so I think I will just take my last weigh-in from two days ago as my final one for the challenge. I said I would be happy anywhere in the 159-163 range and 160.4 is good enough. I'm trying hard to learn when to stop. Also, right now I feel like I need to go on a little maintenance break, even if I do come back and lose 5-10 more pounds in the future.
