I prefer full body workouts.. i.e. dead, snatches, ect
I get most of my workouts from Instagram. The scenery aint' bad either!1 -

The day I find a fav workout will be the day pigs fly, I don’t like working out. I do it anyways, I do mostly kick backs these days and the pay off is worth it so yeah I’ll say glute kick backs.0
