Hello! I'm new!

Hi all! My name is Seneca (he/him,) and I'm new! I recently became disabled to the point where I frequently use a wheelchair, which has caused me to gain weight. I'm hoping to reverse that by watching what I eat and finding workouts that work for me. I hope I can find support in this community!
