Tired but trying

Hiya, just seeing who is out there. I'm a 38 yr old woman from England, been up and down with weight over the last decade - never been particularly overweight but unhappy and sluggish. Exercise and healthy intake gives me energy. Have had quite serious mental health issues lately, now feeling more confident that I can get on track and start making healthier choices for myself. Life gets me down sometimes, trying the 'little and often' approach not pushing myself too hard. Am vegetarian, work out a little every day (or aim to). Would like to lose around 2 stone (28 lb). If anyone else in a similar position please feel free to comment/ add me
Hope everyone's well.
