Hey there! I’m needing some help. I struggle with healthy eating, mainly because I am such a picky eater. I’m looking for some healthy recipes. If anyone can help me out, I would really appreciate it!

    What will you eat? List what’s no go’s what’s safe bet I can think of a few.
    My Sons a picky eater 2yrs old so a pro at this by now ...he’s my last picky eater hopefully (Last time I said that post menopause I got pregnant so knocking on wood lol)

    Here’s a few to start us off with:

    Egg In a Basket 🧺:
    1.Wheat toast or rye or any (check calories per slice) make a hole 🕳 in the middle
    2. Spray pan with Pam 0cal cooking spray on high heat or medium high.
    3. Place bread 🍞 crack egg in the middle
    4. Turn cook turn cook turn (press down with fork to fully cook inside if you hate runny eggs this will get them fully cooked)

    Still unsure if it’s sour you hate to sweet or spicy or just mayonnaise etc. When I have time trying to post.Also I sure if you have air fryers to crockpot or not.

    Fruit popsicles-
    Get ice tray or popsicles mold from Walmart $1
    1. Fruit juice even water melons can make from fruits your choice fresh or store bought juice or even powder 5cal types like crystal lights/GReat value Apple juice etc. pour into molds eat.
    3. If extra calories can add yogurt,whip cream,or even dark chocolate bits.

    Pudding pops
    1.pudding y your choice milk I use 30cal unsweetened almond milk 🥛 but can use any type. Freeze in popsicle mold eat.
    Can get any flavor pudding you like for this

    Potatoes Air fryer
    Every 7min flip them for 18-21minutes at 400*
    1.potatoe cut into squares or wedges (do you want fries or side potatoes?) spray In air fryer basket with 9 calories Pam cooking spray or coat in olive oil very lightly
    2.Leave plain or season with your choice of seasonings...sea salt,pepper,garlic powder etc on choices

    Cheese sandwich 🥪 Air fryer

    Wheat bread or Any-
    Add slice 70cal of cheese any I use provolone or Swiss
    I sprinkle a little shredded cheese barely any for a pop of flavor this is optional
    Spray fryer y top of sandwich with a little Pam 0cal cooking spray or a tab of margarine
    Set at 350* for about 8-9minutes

    Special K fruit 🍌 cereal
    1.Special K find calories you want
    2.Milk Any I use 30cal unsweetened almond milk
    3.cut up banana 🍌 or strawberry 🍓 or both or sweet apple 🍎 put in bowl to desired calories
    4.If need extra calories can add honey 🍯,dark chocolate 🍫,peanut butter.

    Easy meat meal

    1)Steamer 22min-1hour depending on meat how much your making,or baking pan,etc on choices even airfryers to frying pan any.
    Choose meat at desired calories y taste even boil some eggs 🥚
    2)Add veggies your choice that you like to desired calories . Corn on cob can be with meat in steamers 1 (cob half a corn 🌽 per person serving size). Can put carrots 🥕 shaved or julienne into spinach on top rack of a steamer.
    3)Can serve with salad 🥗,potatoes,soups, by itself,or drinks (Incase your into them powder shakes). Even rice 🍚 or Cous Cous. Until desired calories

    🥚 Egg (egg white or full egg)

    Can add boiled egg to salad 🥗 , eat by itself sprinkle pepper,sea salt,by itself, add to tuna canned can cook in frying pan or just can ,on side of meats, with tortilla or wrap,ramen noodles,rice

    Fried can fry with water 💦,zero cal Pam cooking spray, tap of margarine or vegan butter. Can add to rice 🍚 even fried rice, tortilla or toast, by itself, with seasonings to any toppings,add meat or veggies while cooking even, too with fruit y sweet sauces, add to soup etc.

    Raw boil
    Drop in while making rice,egg drop or egg type soups stir it in while cooking

    Lots of ways to cook eggs some even eat raw.Even baked egg muffin cups. Quiche even can add spinach y egg. Ways to make breakfast pizzas to more with eggs.

    Back trying to give versatility so you can mix y match to your likings.

    Sweet salad 🥗 I like to call No Dressing Salad it’s moist enough you don’t need dressing so only add if addicted to it.

    1. Lettuce,spinach,mixed greens your choice your fav
    2. Diced into cubes 🎲 tomato 🍅, cucumber, sweet apple 🍎 (can leave out fruit if you hate that)
    3. Chicken or meat substitute or ham (I like grilled chicken)
    4. Spinach cook some in a frying pan to make moist add.
    5. Ready to eat or if want more can add nuts to more veggies even.

    Home made trail mix y match:

    1. Measure out desired seeds to nuts you like in ziplock or Tupperware. Can toast nuts if want 350* for 10minutes
    2. Add raisins orcdesired fruits 🍎 dried or freash. (Raisins no need to refrigerate but if you add diced apples 🍎 refrigerator or freezer) If no freash fruit or popcorn will keep up to 1 month.
    3. Yougurt bites ,yougurt raisins or cranberry,or coconut flakes
    4. Pretzel 🥨 if like them
    5. Dark chocolate or popcorn
    6. Can add pinch of sea salt,nutmeg,cinnamon even if wish
    7. Cheerios if like cereal (Other cereals that don’t require milk can be used) even Chex mix.Even some forms of oats or granola
    8. Dried peanut butter powder if want

    Can also look up recipes online for granola bars use your premade trail mix bags or Tupperware
