I just burned as many calories as I had for breakfast. What should I eat now?

    I did a intense shoulder routine and 40 min of cardio.

    Have a glass of chocolate milk (I'm not kidding). It's a great recovery beverage and it's tasty! Congrats on your workout!:smile:

    Eat what you had for breakfast!! LOL!! Or maybe a smaller version of it!!

    or a protein bar for a quick fix! I do it when I need something fast..lol
