    Hope I'm doing this right!
    First time joining something like this.
    59th birthday next week and I really want to be healthy for my 60th.

    goal weight 176

    May 31: 245
    June 7: 241
    June 14: 238.3 (108.1kg)
    June 21: 238.3 (108.1kg) weight moved up and down and settled back into last week
    June 28: 233.4 ׂ(105.9k)

    Do we continue with July?

    It has been quite the week. I was at a music festival last weekend and ate and drank all sorts of crap. My running has not felt good all week. It was also the last week of school and there has been parties and lunches and snacks galore. I’ve tried to mostly focus on the fruit and veggies at these things but it’s been a tough go. Not my best week.

    June 14:(GOAL: 165.1) 166.4 - Achieved a Pull Up and Chin Up and repeated!
    June 21:(GOAL: 163.1) 162.2 Hell of a flu to celebrate hitting my A goal of being not “overweight”
    June 28:(GOAL: 163) 161.8 - Getting back to workouts after the week of flu! Hope everyone had a great month of June!


    Good luck to all those in the monthly challenge. I'm going to be switching over to the maintenance threads for the last 10ish pounds to try to get out of the challenge mindset if that makes sense. You may still see me over in the Running challenge threads as I continue upping my base for the Walt Disney World Marathon and LA Marathon in 2020.

    June 14: 208.0 Considering I've been on crutches all week, I'm happy with 1.6 lbs shed this week!

    Managed to drop 1 more pound before the end of the month. Lost 5 pounds total, and now I know how much to push for in July! :)

    June 24: 196.4 I’m back on track & I plan on crushing it!!! I won’t make goal but if I get under what I started I will be happy for this round. I’ve made many necessary changes so to at least maintain would be a win. Look out July. I’ve got out my tools & my tricks of the trade & if I put the work in, my problems will be fixed! Here I come……
    June 30: 196.0 Down 2.4 from mid month after holidays & travel, but up from the start slightly. This month I worked on fat adaption & getting back into ketosis. I’m on my way to a better me! Look out July!

    Not quite as far as I wanted to go this month. But there was a lot of positives this month as well. My running is getting better and stronger. I bought new shorts today and I'm down a pant size. I survived a festival weekend and the last month of school stress and still managed to maintain. Onwards!

    Trying to lose 1.5 lbs per week
    Junes results 241.2

    So close lost 4.6 lbs this month, I know next moth will be better so bring on the new month

    Let's just say that my idea of fasting did not work out so well but...lesson learned! I am simply going back to eating a healthy breakfast, working out, and not snacking at night cuz if it's not broke......Is there another of these challenges starting this month?

    May was not my best month. Every weekend we had something going on and tons of food and alcohol. We also took our week long family vaca so I pretty much maintained, which was not my goal. Really wanting to get in the low 140's this month.

    Goal wt: 144.9 my posting days will be Wednesday
    UGW: 138

    May 31: 149.3
    June 5: 147.7 working hard this week. Hoping for the best this month!
    June 12: 147.7 same TOM showed up this week, super bloated and not feeling well at all!
    June 19: 146.1 super stoked for this weigh-in. 11 days left of the month and only 1.2 pounds left to lose to meet my goal this month!
    June 26: 149.0 way up. No real reason it should be this high. Hoping it comes back down in the next couple of days.
    June 30: 145.9 did not make goal, but got back down after my blip up last week. Maybe next month! Total loss for June 3.4 pounds!

    June 17: 143.6 at 7:00 a.m.
    June 24: 140.6 at 8:00 a.m. ...spent the 18th thru the 22nd at Kaiser getting my spine fixed. Had a pinched nerve back there and my Doc and Nurses fixed it up. My back hurts like the dickens and the meds are nasty, but pretty soon the pain will be gone and maybe I'll be tall again! :D
