May was not my best month. Every weekend we had something going on and tons of food and alcohol. We also took our week long family vaca so I pretty much maintained, which was not my goal. Really wanting to get in the low 140's this month.

I am feeled with so much excitement that I was able to meet my June goal weight. It took a lot of effort and hard work. Even when I did not want to I kept moving. I am REALLY looking forward to the next challenge. I'm confident that my ultimate goal weight is in reach.

It has been quite the week. I was at a music festival last weekend and ate and drank all sorts of crap. My running has not felt good all week. It was also the last week of school and there has been parties and lunches and snacks galore. I’ve tried to mostly focus on the fruit and veggies at these things but it’s been a tough go. Not my best week.2 -
