Hi All!

I am challenging myself to do the following this month!

Anyone else want to as well feel free to join in in the fun! 😂

I hate burpees! Lol but that’s why it’s called a CHALLENGE 😂

    50sqt 5x10 about 30sec between sets
    30sec plank x2 ( had to take 3 short breaks)

    Day two done! As mentioned in another challenge I’m doing, I hope you guys don’t mind, since I am mixing this I will be taking every other day rest so it will take me longer to complete. I will continue to update!

    Not gonna lie, taking a 2 day rest and will get back at it tomorrow! Work is beating me up after the long weekend.

    Last minute work trip has messed me up. I'm 6 days behind :( I'm going to catch up by doing one in the morning and one in the evening until I'm back on schedule...
