I am challenging myself to do the following this month!

            I just came across this thread. I'm in! I'll be starting tonight, after work, so I will go to Aug 1st since I missed yesterday! 3 3

 30sec plank x2 ( had to take 3 short breaks)1

            Day two done! As mentioned in another challenge I’m doing, I hope you guys don’t mind, since I am mixing this I will be taking every other day rest so it will take me longer to complete. I will continue to update!0

            Not gonna lie, taking a 2 day rest and will get back at it tomorrow! Work is beating me up after the long weekend.1

            Last minute work trip has messed me up.             I'm in. I can't do a burpee, but I can do a squat.1

            I'm going to try to do 130 squats by the end of July.2

            I have fallen out of this challenge. Tomorrow I will start with day one and try again I'm determined to see it completed.0
