Hi everyone!!
So I posted a video on youtube for my sexy for Santa body challenge I am doing on my own and thought it would be fun to start a group for it
Pick a goal to achieve by Christmas.
I will be posting weekly update videos and have invited anyone who wants to participate to post a video response or to post a comment response. You can post daily responses to each weekly video of your workout for the day or your food for the day
each week I will post my food journal and workout journal from the previous week.
I think this could be great and fun and interactive! Hope you'll come along!

My goal is to break 200 lbs before Xmas. More of a sexy for Mrs. Claus! :-)
Not set up or comfortable with posting videos.
