I’m 2 weeks postpartum and I’m anxious to get back to feeling normal and healthy. Needing a network for support and encouragement.

You can do this, just take it slow and be kind to yourself. I’ve got the last few pounds of my baby gain to go. We can do this!!0

Congratulations on the new baby! Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to recuperate before heading into diet and exercise mode. Your body needs a lot of down time right now. When you are ready, pace yourself and know that it'll take time to get back to (or close to) where you were before.
Best of luck!0
