My new drink in the more is a juice called
Just Pomegranate
I did some reading on the benefits and I was impressed
During the day I will mix it with ice water.

Another one I just discoverd is cranberry juice mixed with ice and Perrier , it’s very refreshing.
Do you have a favorite drink that you love?

    Be sure to log those calories. That could add up fast if you are drinking it all day.

    ETA: my favorite drinks are water, tea, chai latte, and Dr. Pepper

    I don't drink alcohol but holy *kitten* Pomegranate juice sounds delicious.

    I'll have an occasional Pom Wonderful when they're on sale, and it is rather yummy. Just more calories than I will typically use on a drink, so I consider it a treat :smile:

    I LOVE pomegranates and pomegranate juice. I drink it like I would wine. Some other of my favorite drinks, I drink/sip like wine--4 oz or less (and/or drink it watered & iced down when drinking 6 oz or more)s are:
