Whatever your plan is or goals are, stick with it. Keep tack of your intake at all times. Maintain within your calorie goal each and everyday with support and cheering. You should be fine.2

Also start with a reasonable rate of loss. You appear to be within healthy weight range so don't select 1.5 or 2 pounds a week rate of loss which would be inappropriate.4 -
