Intermittent Fasting for one month and daily meditation

Hi, I am going to try intermittent fasting for the first time( for a month),anyone wants to join with me??

    Hi, I've been doing it on and off( mostly weekends are irregular) and same thing with meditation.
    I did OMAD too but I think 2 meals a day fits me better. I had success with it before so I'll will do it with you now.
    When do you meditate? I feel like finding time for myself is hard...

    I just started last night. Glad I found this post. 16:8 to start. I break my fast at 11:45AM. I’m a full time working mom of 2 kids as well. My test will be mornings while making them breakfast. 😊

    just responding. I started Yesterday. day 2 good. eating window 12 noon -8:00 pm

    I'll join. I've been doing IF for about 5 months, but haven't been very consistent with meditating. It's nice to have company. Eating window is usually 7am to 1pm on weekdays, and 8am to 3pm on weekends.

    Hi ... Happy to see this post! I ve been doing low carb for a month - June & lost 15lbs.. :) Im on day three IF 16-8. Im in for rest of July!!! We got this ~ Woot!
