Ok...questions.

1. What workout music do you like?
2. Do you have different kinds of music for different kinds of exercise
3. What music makes you want to eat and NOT work out
4. How often do you change the workout music on your ipod/mp3/cd etc..

Me.
1. Music with a good beat that I can run to.
2. Yes. LIke 90's alternative for rock climbing, dance for running/biking and angry music for boxing
3. Country. Depressing, and aggitates me. Makes me want to eat, then go and punch someone.
4. not often enough!

  • 1. I usually listen to audio books when I walk rather than music, believe it or not! I love music but I find if I get into a good book, I'll keep pushing myself to get to the end of the chapter... then want to hear the next chapter... It's a great way to keep yourself going!
When I do go for music though, I have a few different playlists. My main go-to is stuff like Rollins Band, White Zombie, Rage Against the Machine, etc. Every once in awhile I'll get a little crazy and listen to a techno/electronica/house/whatever mix with stuff by Benny Benassi, Eric Prydz, etc.
    2. Not really, just depends on the mood.
    3. I'm not sure if there's any music that makes me want to eat necessarily, but I always listen to Guns N Roses or Marilyn Manson while I cook...
    4. That's what I dig about the audiobooks... I can change it up as soon as I finish a book!
