Hard to believe I did not snack after 7 last night, so many temptations but knowing I would be accountable here I just said no. No one but me noticed but I was proud of myself.

I'm in. Late night snacking requires no thought at all and it's the easiest thing I know how to do. Time to take back the night.1

Day 4 was tough! .... all i wanted was chocolate and crisps .... had 300 calories left but knew if I had even one I'd binge .... so had some green olives instead - they always hit the spot and still had 200 calories unused

@Liza_271 thank you - I've really struggled the last couple of nights so I making a fat free yogurt/garlic dip and crudites ready for tonight3 -

Logging into this thread is what gave me the insight as to why I was eating my LNS. Ends up that it was just habit, not because I was hungry. Hard habit to break but so worth it.

My husband has decided to join me on not snacking at night, I sure this will help me both stay on track. Tonight will be challenging my is son home this weekend so kids want to watch family movie and I know they will make popcorn. I hope I can resist.2 -
