    I have a new routine of doing at least an hour of cardio at the gym after work on the way home.
    I try to use each of the types of machines available within the week. I kinda miss my old routine of walking many laps in my neighborhood for an hour in the evenings, but I'm burning more calories and working more muscle groups now.
    Work still involves plenty of walking and stairs climbing (& flexibility, mobility and strength).

    Wed 6/3 : 10 miles gym cardio and walk
    Thu 6/4: 6 miles walk

    With Church Services on sunday AND it is now getting too hot too walk middle of day we got in only a short walking time....1.50 Walking miles/steps

    Husband and I actually did a late evening walk as it is so nice and low humidity. That gave me another 1.0 Mile
