Is this website just about weight gain/loss or is it also about muscle growth, definition, endurance, etc?

It's really just about weight management. There are a number of people on here who are weight lifters, including competitive, but this site isn't actually developed with that in mind.2

Sounds potentially low, unless you're of small stature and trying to lose weight. Please don't use MFP if "teen" means under 18: The nutritional needs of someone who's still actively growing are very different from the needs of grown adults, and MFP is designed for adults. Weight loss can be a suboptimal plan, when still growing, unless seriously obese. If you're younger, talking to your doctor about seeing a Registered Dietician might be a better plan.6
