    It's really just about weight management. There are a number of people on here who are weight lifters, including competitive, but this site isn't actually developed with that in mind.

    Alright, thanks! Also is 1620 calories for a teen male healthy? Thats what my calorie goal was set to.

    That will determine your target calories
