Can’t control my breathing

Every time I walk or excercise I feel like I can’t breath and it keeps me from wanting to work out. How can I fix this?

    Also pay attention to your breathing. Pace it by counting. Take long, full breaths. Your lungs need the oxygen. If you take short, shallow breaths you'll feel out of breath immediately.

    Get a checkup. Obviously.
    Rule out any medical reasons before pushing yourself.
    If your Dr says it's safe, build up gradually.

    This.. if youre talking few steps and have issues breathing... Go see a doctor..
