Hello...I had my gastric bypass in August 2016. I lost 67 lbs before surgery, for a total now of 156 lbs. I want to lose 10.5 more lbs. Then I will see how I feel and possibly try to lose more. It has come off very slowly for me. For six months I was stuck at 223...about a year out. It keeps coming off slowly as long as I use my tools. I was the model patient for about 18 months, then I ate more carbs on some days. I have had no complications! I almost died a few times before I started this journey. I have cirrhosis from being morbidly obese. My liver lab bales are normal now. If I use my tool correctly, I can live a long life and probably not need a transplant. It feels so good to be active and healthy! My excess skin (and fat) make exercise difficult, but I still do it anyway. I also am a compulsive overeater just like I was before the surgery. The mental and spiritual aspects of that disorder are not helped by my gastric bypass. I belong to Overeaters Anonymous and it helps a lot. I am excited about this group. Start weight 350, currently 194.5

Hi, please add me to your group. I had my surgery in 1999, and I'm trying to lose what I've rebounded since...2

I'm not a patient of either method, but just wanted to stop by and wish you all a safe and healthy journey.4
