Hi all, I thought it might be beneficial to have a thread where we share our experiences of eating out whilst in deficit or maintenance, so when we ate out, what type of food, what we had and what entries we used on MFP to log it. Could be helpful and interesting as well as focusing minds on our goals.

Whoever would like to join, please do.

Next time I am eating 'out' is 9th July - a 'curry night' but not sure what it will entail as yet.

    I forgot you can't edit posts later, I'm having a takeaway curry on the 9th and will be eating out at Frankie and Benny's on the 11th so I will update then. :-)

    Over consumed? : Yes, 521 cals over (not including exercise cals)

    - Hooters- Mozzarella Sticks, 6 pieces
    - Allrecipes- Tomato Mozarella Salad, 1 serving
    - Gaea- Mixed Marinated Olives, 15g (about 5 olives)
