Anyone out there want to help with accountibility to eating clean, good foods, staying away from processed, sugar, unhealthy foods?

  Yes! I’m working on eating less carbs and it’s basically clean eating.

  No such thing as clean or unclean food. Perpetuating that lie is why eating disorders are so common. How about just eat what you enjoy?
