Hi everyone. I am new here to fitness pal and have never used it before. I am currently trying to navigate my way around and like most people I am in need to lose some weight so I can improve my health and self esteem.
Any advice or recipe ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have seen where it sated there have been many success stories and I would really like to post mine on this site someday.

It’s a great app. Just takes time to understand it and navigate. But after a short time u should be a master. Especially when you start adding in foods it will be easier and quicker. I love Pinterest. Tons of good food ideas. And eating well doesn’t have to be expensive. If u have a aldis u can shop at its much cheaper then other stores. Just stay away from microwave meals. Even if they are advertising low cal or healthy. They tend to have really high sodium. Aldi has a really good heath foods. Good luck and also I found using a food scale helped so much. And can.be cheap. Mine was 14 at Walmart.0
