Breakfast Ideas, low carb and low fat

If I need a quick/easy breakfast I make scrambled eggs with sliced mushrooms and cheese on top. Or sometimes I do scrambled eggs with avocado slices and salsa on top of eggs.2

Chia seeds puddings with fresh fruit on top. Make and leave in the fridge for up to 3 days. Sometimes I add coconut yogurt on top too.0

I do Plain Fage 2% Greek yogurt w berries and chia seeds with a few walnuts. I need low sugar high fiber. Overnight oats are super easy too. I just need to heat it up in the morning.1

Make egg frittata in cupcake pans with vegetables of choice and freeze them and then take them out as needed and heating up in microwave4
