    Motivation is internal. You can be inspired and urged to do something, but YOU REALLY HAVE TO WANT to do something in order for it happen. If not, it's not going to. That's why habitual behavior change is so important. Repetitive habits are what is needed to continue to improve when it comes to weight loss.
