This group has gotten me through a year of support to get to Maintenance ... and continues to support me as I get ready to start my 4th month of STAYING there ....1

NO KIDDING! @buniphuphu has been on fire since she joined! There are so many amazing people on these teams. Moms, retired people, artists, soldiers, people with lots to lose, people who have lost a lot, maintainers - YOU NAME IT, it's there. The support is strong, and no matter how many times you have fallen off in the past, this team effort will help you keep getting back on until you make it. Give it a try!2 -
I started in July with this group and I am on week 3. I am just getting back into trying to be healthier and I find being part of a support group is helpful.0

I've been here snice January or February and I love the teamwork and support in this challenge. I also found a ton of friends to add to Fitbit; I'm in multiple competitions every week and has kept me moving!!0

Now is a great time to get signed up and ready for August!0

This group is a great help to me on my journey. The extra accountability of posting weigh ins each week is a good reminder to stay on track. And the people who join in and share in the group are all on the same journey or have been though it and have helpful advice and are very supportive. Come join the fun!0

Actually I joined, because I thought it was just the next challenge group. But it turned out to be a place where I get so much support in my journey. I'm close to my goal weight now but I plan on staying in the group to help me with maintenance.0

Ohh! I don’t see we started the three goal challenge again. I must have missed that. But I think I need this thanks.
Weekly Goals Fat to Fit
1. 100 or below net carbs.❌
2. 60 cardio/30 strength Mon-Sat; 30 minutes j walk or bike ride Sun❌
3. No Binge Eating ✅
