Sooo this was my vacay week with my family! And it proved to be challenging BUT I am PROUD that I chose to live and enjoy my vacation- in a consistent way. I made healthy choices all day- and at night indulged in memory making meals which I am very happy for. 😊 so this week was a .4 weight loss- but I will take that over a gain and I had FUN 😊
