If it's less than one ounce I don't, but still figure it into my daily total. More than one ounce, yes, I will log. I haven't had more than a taste of whisky in 2 months. When I have the extra calories available, I prefer vodka or wine.0

I don't log anything. When I did log I usually skipped most alcohol calories aside from one glass of wine, they don't count right?2

Depends how much I have. I can't go around recording the extent of my consumption when I over indulge. I just don't close off my diary0

Husband and I are trying to reincorporate alcohol into our daily calorie goals. Figured liquor mixed with diet soda would bode better than the beer we used to pound. How about other folks? How do you balance whiskey/alcohol into your daily goals?0 -
I log my alcohol consumption which makes some of my food diaries look like a cry for help. I protien load in the morning and drink the evening away.2
