Back into calorie counting and exercise after a long break

I'm prone to stress eating, the past 5-6 months have been extremely difficult for me... Add in a few health issues (still getting my left hand checked for nerve issues and my right wrist looked at due to months of pain - which I suspect is caused by my hypermobility) etc.. and I put on about 3kg in 6 months and lost muscle mass

I re-started counting and a 30min about 5x a week workout routine on the 1st of July...
I'm so happy I'm already seeing results... I don't want to watch my weight slide back into "obese"
