how my boobs are going to react

So I weight 72 kgs (159 lbs), I am planning to lose about 15 kgs (33 lbs) and I wonder if my breasts will sagg afterwards? Note that my cup size is 34B (US) which is not big at all, my breasts aren't that perky to begin with and I am 18 yo (I don't mind them getting smaller). Actually I heard a doctor say that weight loss can actually cause breasts to look perkier

They'll probably shrink, but not be too saggy since they aren't that big to begin with.8

I really doubt there will be a big difference, but honestly, all of us have different bodies, there's no way to predict how yours will change. I've lost 78 pounds and my breasts still look about the same in shape.4
-
I’m 76 kg and worried about the same thing but my breasts are DD so more of a chance2
-
I would say genetics and age plays a roll. My weight has been up and down. Now that I'm over 30 and have breast fed I feel my girls are not as perky as they were 10 years ago. It's not noticable unless I take my bra off.
Weight training has helped make sagging less noticeable.5 -
I'll add that because of your age, your skin likely has a lot more elasticity than someone who is older.
Just take the weight loss at a steady pace, 0.5-1lb per week would be about right as you're only just into an overweight range unless you're very short.4 -
It's hard to say exactly, because there are age factors, genetics, and how quickly you lose weight. A woman who loses a lot of weight dramatically likely will have more sagging issues than one that took the slower route.
And always remember -- it's the foundation garments that make the gals look their best.5 -
I've lost 60 pounds over a three-year time span, weight lifting included. Started out a 38DD. Down to 38C, no sagging. I think going slow and steady in your weight loss definitely helps with the sagging issue.6
-
Mine sag, but I'm 62, so not surprising. I lose weight first in my breasts, so went from a C cup to an A when I lost 50 lbs. There's a little perkiness, but no firmness to them.1
-
The good thing about smaller breasts is they aren’t likely to sag much. Mine used to be 36C now I wear a 36A or 34B after losing but they don’t sag - and I’m a mom who breastfed and is almost 40. I think you will be fine.
If you are really worried doing strength exercises to build up your chest muscles under the breast can help lift them and keep them perkier.2 -
I think a good indication is to consider your breast size before gaining weight. That is probably what they will go back to size wise. As far as sagging, I think at a smaller size, you should be ok.

I started at 264lbs but my breasts were a size 38A...I am 149lbs now, and my breasts look like socks with tennis balls in them
But every body is different, and hopefully that was just my experience. Oh, and I'm 29. So maybe being 10 years younger will help as well.5 -
I'm a C and can lose a substantial amount of weight without much change in the cup size. The band size changes more, but I go from like a C+ at my highest to a C- at my lowest.
My right breast tends to be less perky but regular upper body exercises like chest flies helps with that.3 -

How tall are you?
That aside, I went from 142 to 123 lb back in 2016 (eating disorder much)....and my boobs basically just vanished and I looked like a teenage boy so...there's that.1 -
I’m hoping I lose breast size. I’m a 38DD and have I have a smaller lower body. I hope with more weight loss I will look more proportioned.3
-
There are a lot of factors and fortunately you have a couple on your side. You're young and you don't have a whole lot to lose. I wouldn't worry too much about it since you don't carry a lot of weight in your chest, so you're most likely not going to lose a whole lot from there. I'm a 32DDD right now and I didn't experience any issues with my breasts until I hit 50 pounds lost, I'm in my 30's, and I carry a lot of weight in my upper body so I lost a lot of weight there (I have a lot of stretch marks in my breasts and under my upper arms). I had more things working against me.3

I am pretty tall 1.73 m (approximately 5'8")1 -
I lost 42lbs. The first 35lbs made almost no difference in my breasts, they got smaller proportionally. This first weight loss took me from obese to normal weight and probably healthier body fat levels. I lost that weight quickly, probably because I was overweight.
I lost the next 7 very slowly, I swear it almost all came from my boobs. They shrunk considerably. They are quite saggy, but I'm 31 and I've been pregnant 3x.
It can go both ways, and it can go both ways in the same person!
I was going from a 34M/32N, got as small as a 28G, now I've expanded my back muscles enough to be a 30G/32DDD. I'm finally getting back into mainstream sizes! and I'm quite short, I'm 5'0".3 -
I will probably get a crap load of woos for this, but it's what I've done, and it worked.
When dropping weight, I added pectoral exercises into my daily/3-5 days a week routine.
5 minutes of light strength exercises, like wall push-ups with hands forming triangle. You can look up light strength exercises for sagging breast or pecs, and as the pecs get stronger, it literally starts tightening up the skin, and pulls the breast up. I don't add heavy weight training, because I don't want pecs to bulk up.
I am 45, 36D-DD, and no sag. Lost over 80 lbs years ago.9 -
I too used to do strength training regularly that included those types of exercises for my pecs. I do feel it has helped my somewhat large breasts (38DD) to have natural lift. I’m 48 and losing weight slowly. I am going to start doing them again to build up my pec muscles a bit to avoid sag as I lose more weight.2

Get yourself to the pool and swim, swim, swim. Swimming does some amazing things for the skin while you're taking off the pounds. Everywhere. The first time, I crashed and burned. Rebounded back with 85 lbs. I've taken it back off again and my skin looks better this time than the first. I've been swimming almost every single day. There are no more swinging chads hanging underneath my arms like I had the first go around. Try it. My neck has tightened, chest, too.5

I’m a similar size to you (height/weight), but considerably older. At about age 36 I went from 72-76kg (wavered between these two weights for 15 years) to 65kg. Bust went from 36C to 32C - I simply didn’t carry fat in my boobs. Now around 61kg and breasts have been ruined (sort of) by having children rather than weight loss. They’re still the same size but no longer firm. Fabulous underwear is the solution.2
-
I started at a large D and after losing 90 lbs I’m a large B, small C depending on the bra.
I’m 42.
I’ve been slow and steady.
At first they sagged A LOT but over time with lots of exercise and strength training I think they are perkier then when I started. Lol at least they are small enough that I can actually use those tape cups and go bra-less. Tape could never control my D’s!!!

Build your arms, shoulders and pecs as part of the process.2
-
I have lost a lot of weight and thankfully have not lost volume, perkiness, elasticity or skin quality on my breasts. Zero sag before and after.
You really need to stick it out until your desired 30lbs has been lost to reassess your breasts, as genetics can be a factor for some women, age for others just as swimming, strength training focusing on the pectorals showed marked improvement for some women. Play it safe during your 30 lbs target loss journey and seriously consider sharings on your thread by other members, as you don't know where on your body that 30 lbs will be shredded from.2 -
I agree with earlier comment, if you have access to a pool, it is some of the best exercising, because the water works as resistance.
When I had my own pool a couple of years back, I swam laps and was the fittest I've ever been.
Now, I live in a cold place, so back to wall push-ups, yoga mat floor, and light hand weights workouts....4 -
You should be perfectly fine. I'm 5'8 - currently 145 and end goal of about 132. I'm a 34D - it won't change a lot. Great bras are a girl's best friend. I've gone from 155 to about 128 and it doesn't make my mine sag. Unfortunately they shrink a bit, but it's alright. You've also got youth on your side - I'm 42.1

I am not sure anyone is actually looking at this.
You're 5'8"-according to "ideal weight" estimates (100 lb at 5' even, then 5 lb for every inch above that), your "ideal" weight would be 140.
The weight you are aiming for is 126 lb...
This is not necessarily a healthy weight...not sure anybody is taking this into consideration.
When I lost a bunch of weight (BMI was 19.0 so I told myself I "wasn't underweight"), my boobs basically vanished which made both me and my husband sad.
I don't think what you're doing is healthy.9 -

I was thinking the same thing about a couple on here.
I'm 5'8" and prefer my body at 160-175ish lbs. That's where I feel I look the most fit and healthy, 155 would be the absolute lowest I would ever want to go. Even at 140, I thought I looked sickly thin. And I am small to medium build (boned).2 -
I'm 61. I've lost some back fat but my breasts are still fabulous! 😗6

Well to be fair for the OP's height the BMI "Healthy" range for 5'8" is 125-160lbs, aiming for the lower end doesn't necessarily mean that's not a healthy weight for the OP, so yes I had looked at it when I was responding to the post.
Not everyone is suited to the middle of the range, some people may be at one end or the other. You cannot slap an"ideal" weight on someone's height that's why it's a range.
I am the same height and I agree that I would look positively skeletal at that weight but that's because I have wide shoulders, wide hips and a lot of muscle.
