refuse to spend $10 on a 3-pack of new underwear, choosing to wear ragged and torn ones instead.
(but will drop $10 for lunch in a heartbeat)

I'm super cheap with ziplock bags too, I don't reuse them, I just don't use them!
I have a box that is basically full that I've had for probably 3 years.
Come to think of it, I'm cheap with bags in general...I resent having to pay 5 cents for a bag that usually ends up with holes in it by the time I get home. I also often take an extra produce bag or 2 (and feel like a thief doing it).

I don't really like to buy frivolous items (high end makeup, music, books) unless I can pay for them with giftcards from doing surveys.2
