11 Week Weight Loss Challenge (7/22 - 10/7)

Hi! My name is Kristen and I have been the host of 29 long term weight loss challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This new challenge is "Working on My Change..." and goes for 11 weeks. It is from July 22 to October 7. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays (closing each week at noon CA time and re-opening every Thursday). You can weigh in early also (Thursday – Sunday) so our first weigh in starts today!
I'm a really informal host. The group will be pretty easy going, with a great mix of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure either! Just accountability.

This is a great challenge to join. Kristen’s challenges have been there to spur me in as the scale climbed up (ugh) and cheer me on as I succeeded in inching down the pounds. I have never felt shamed. I love these challenges and highly recommend them for a safe place to meet your goals.1

I'm In!! Just what I was looking for to help me drop the last 25 lbs..which is my next mini goal. All in all I would like to drop another 40 but I have found it easier to focus on 25 at a time. Good luck to all.1
