July 22nd -August 22nd “Fit & Healthy” 30 Day Fit Challenge


Rules:
⭕️ Must drink 1 gallon or 16 Cups of Water Daily & Track in MyFitness Pal App.
⭕️ Eat & Track up to 30 days using provided meal plan or approved by trainer.
⭕️ Must eat breakfast, snack, Lunch, Dinner & Snack.
⭕️ Check in once weekly by posting a short message on Challenge wall.
⭕️ Attend 3-4 workouts each week & track in MyFitnessPal (Optional)
⭕️ An Accountability Group to share support & stay motivated during the 30 Days‼️
⭕️ Remain Positive & encourage others!
🚨Must Weigh-In Monday July 22nd 2019!

✅Goals: 1 -2 lbs per week
✅Goals: Lose the most Body Fat Percentage using your (BMI)
✅ Winner will be determined at final measurements & weigh in.
