    July 1 11.10 was 11.09 a few days ago. Hoping it goes back down today
    July 2 11.09 going back down. Lots of water today. Tired early 4am start.

    July 9 11.09 was hoping to see a bit lower. Only had 600 calories yesterday. low again today then and lots of water. see what tomorrow brings.

    July 11- yes 11.07 one more pound to loss 1 stone.

    July 13 - 11.07. Going to be a hard weekend. At a swimming gala with the girls all weekend. Must drinks lots hot poolside.

    July 15- 11.07 Hard weekend poolside. Then car broke down and we all had to wait 4 hours. Eat late last night after 10pm.
    July 16 - 11.07 getting a bit fed up with this weight. Eat very low but little water.
    July 17 - only had 900 calories but still 11.7. More water today.
    July 18 - need motivation really getting fed up of being on this weight 11.07 low calories again yesterday.
    July 19 - no surprise 11.07
    July 20 - 11.06 at last. 1 stone gone. 2 pounds for goal this month.

    July 3 152.3 my assumption is water weight? Maybe TOM on the way.
    July 4 152.6 TOM ??? Woke up feeling bloated, water retention.
    July 5-152.1 still feeling water retention.
    July 6-151.0 busy day yesterday. Drank a ton of water to help with the TOM bloat.
    July 7 152.6 between my TOM and sun exposure I'm getting frustrated.
    July 8- 151.0 lots of exercise and water yesterday.
    July 9 -150.4 keep doing what you're doing and you will get there.
    July 10- 150.4 diet is doing better, need to drink more water during the day.

    July 12- 149.0 new low weight, I definitely dig it.
    July 13-146.4 paying closer attention to quality of food, CICO, and exercise.
    July 14- 146.2 now this is a trend I like!
    July 15 -146.4 went out to breakfast yesterday. Even though I had plenty of water I still feel it wasnt enough.
    July 16- 146.2 just keep going. Try to drink a little more water this morning.
    July 17 - 145.8 was really tired yesterday so considered it an active rest day.
    July 18 -145.8 yesterday I did not drink as much water as I should have. Felt a tad cranky. May have been slightly dehydrated.
    July 19 -146 pizza last night and no exercise
    July 20 - 145.8 started my TOM again last night. May make drs appointment, not sure.

    July 3 - 180 I like Keto!... I feel great, NO Keto flu for now.. A little carb craving around 5pm everyday, but tolerable. Accountability HELPS ME a lot to keep focus.
    July 4 - 180 I made Low-carb Pizza last night...AND ATE THE WHOLE THING! It was VERY easy to make and super tasty.
    July 5 - 179 Here we go!

    July 7 - 177 Definitely keto works for me, weekends always are difficult to keep on track, but this Saturday wasn't ...I walked a lot and and only 15gr carbs all day.
    July 8 - 176 Zero cravings this weekends...and a lot of exercise.. Yay Keto!... Can't believe I'm 1 lbs away from my MGW
    July 9 - 175 YAY This was thanks to Keto, I think I'm gonna push myself to loose another 3 pounds this month. (172 lbs) (probably one more week in Ketosis, then just low carb.. around 50-80gr daily,now I'm around 15gr a day)

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

    SW: 178 lbs
    MGW: 143 lbs
    UGW: 138 lbs
    CW: 145.9

    May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
    July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
    July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
    July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices,but not over calories.Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (took me 1 day to gain and 2-3 to lose it)
    July 10 - 147.6 was hoping it would be lower but had a drink while making dinner with my hubby. So its deserved
    July 11 - 146.3 almost back to where I started the month. Maybe I will finally see a new low tomorrow or Saturday
    July 12 - 144.6 A new low and I am so excited to see progress! 1.6 lbs to go and I will officially be out of the overweight category

    July 14 - 146.8 had my cheat meal last night. Was extremely high in sodium and carbs. Only about 100 calories over though
    July 15 - 150.5 went to zoo and walked a lot in 100 degree weather. 1 meal all day, almost double my sodium allowance
    July 16 - 148.2 coming back down. 3.6 pounds left to be back to Fridays weight
    July 17 - 148.7 no idea why it went up or has been so high. Just normal fluctuations I guess
    July 18 - 147.3 still coming back down from whatever made me jump up so high. still have plenty of time to get back down
    July 19 - 145.3 Finally! What ever the last couple of days was is almost gone. Hopefully I can see a loss tomorrow
    July 20 - 145.3 school shopping at the mall, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and laundry. Should burn some calories today lol
    July 21 - 145.9 just a normal weekend bounce. Ate half a sub from firehouse subs.

Iโ€™ve been skipping lunch (or having a snack only) to save most of my calories for dinner, but Iโ€™m going to switch it up and have a light lunch and medium dinner from here. My stomach seems to have shrunk anyway, so I have a hard time fitting in a big dinner now. Magic how little things change along the way...

    July 23 - 77.7kg Looking lean in the mornings, despite the fluctuations. Still eating majority of my food at dinner, which affects my weigh-ins. Been working out hard and my endurance boxing on the heavy bag has markedly improved. For the first time, it really does feel like the number on the scale is just part of the story.

    July 18 -145.8 yesterday I did not drink as much water as I should have. Felt a tad cranky. May have been slightly dehydrated.
    July 19 -146 pizza last night and no exercise
    July 20 - 145.8 started my TOM again last night. May make drs appointment, not sure.
    July 21-146.6 period and salty foods at a bbq
    July 22 -145.8 plenty of water, light walk yesterday.
    July 23 - 146 was feeling a lot of period bloat yesterday. Dont feel I drank enough water.

    This month 4 pound lost.
    2 pounds to goal this month.

    I'm struggling because of my lady time. (Which is a whole different issue I hope is a one time thing.)
    I'm 1.1lb from my goal. I may get there in time.

    July 4 - 127.0 Out to eat last night, tried to eat conservatively- but hard to track. Guess I am lucky i did not gain.
    July 5 - 126.0 Whoo Hoo! Not sure how that happened, though was aware of what I ate, had celery instead of chips, small amounts of dip and only 1 helping.
    July 6 - 125.8 Also doing the No late night snacking challenge, I really think that is helping me
    July 7 - 126.2
    July 8 - 126 .0 After a hectic weekend ready to have some normal.
    July 9 - 125.8 Adjusted my Macros Protein and ate probably for first time my appropriate protein level. Ate more calories still loss and felt satiated, but a lot of work and no opportunity to eat excess.
    July 10 - 125.4 Eating more protein and more food, feeling less tired and still losing. Eating 1/2 my workout calories back too. Interesting ;)
    July 11 -124.8 This upping my protein seems to be working. I need to figure out my calories though, want to have a healthy life change and not a short term fix.

    July 13 - 125.4 Did not track dinner last night, enjoyed several glasses of wine and Late Night Snacked- No surprise here.
    July 15 - 126 Going backwards, proved if you are not keeping track I will lose control. Hope to get back to tracking and losing.
    July 16 - 124.8 I am sure this was water weight but love seeing scale move in right direction. I need to learn to manage my calories better but mistake last night in opposite direction, over 200 calories short. So had a chocolate banana collagen smoothie, delicious. Hope I make that mistake more often now.
    July 17 - 124.8 54 Is to old to still be visited by TOM anymore... Have not used MFP while tracking during TOM and at my age nothing is normal so not sure what to expect. I should just be relieved I stayed the same- but ate almost identical calories yesterday as day before so had my hopes up I would be a few ounces less.
    July 18 - 124.4 Yeah! Trying the slow steady lose is hard mentally but I know the best way. Still really challenged managing my food, hopefully I can better distribute my calories thru out the day today.
    July 19 - 123.6 Yeah!

    July 23- 123.4 Wow all over the place...wondering if alcohol consumption makes you retain water? Enjoyed my weekend both kids home, but what a scorcher! Very limited outside activities, my husband and I usually enjoy riding our bikes impossible to do with over 100 heat index. Daughter had her wisdom teeth removed yesterday so took my first rest day in a long long time...Honestly did not understand or believe the need for them (I am wrong about so much and have learned so much from the posts on this site). Wow then dropped probably water weight but also a little more weight.
