3 years ago I lost around 9 kilos of fat due to depression
I started going gym and gaining abdominal muscles
This year I fell into a horrible habit of eating kfc and ordering food from outside due to exams and stress I also started drinking cola instead of water and not loving around much

It has been 11 days since I started my diet and fitness plan
I have lost around 1.5 kGS and my body is starting to contour again
My next weigh in will be on 13 August
Sometimes I feel discouraged sometimes I feel insecure
But I’m trying to stay strong

    Starting can be a bit chaotic as you take on a new lifestyle. You will adjust slowly until it sinks in and becomes your new normal.

    One day at a time. Baby steps.

    The dangers of ordering food are no stranger to me as well. It sounds like you're starting out strong. Remember you have a network to fall back on when things get tough! You got this!
