Why wouldn't you be efficient at processing fat and protein? Unless your doctor tells you to avoid carbs for a medical reason you are efficient with them too.
You should ignore that quiz. If your goal is to lose weight concentrate on being calorie deficit efficient.23 -
I am Omni-efficient. So are most humans without a medical issue. Such medical issues would be unlikely to be definitively diagnosed by a quiz. Before making changes or plans on the basis of the results of such a quiz, I would seek validation by a medical professional such as a doctor or nurse practitioner.15

I did the home decor quiz, turns out I am a hippie. Go figure.32

I don't think this is a thing? Also, don't take advice from random quizzes.
You stay in a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight, regardless of where the calories come from (fat, protein or carbs)5 -
I'm not fat efficient because my body doesn't digest fats properly. Comes with lots of problems, mind, like deficiencies in fat soluble vitamins, some problems with digesting meat properly and hence low iron and vitamin B12, etc. And weight loss and terrible hunger and lack of energy (did I mention diarrhoea?) when I'm in countries where most food is very fatty.7

I'm human; mostly.7

Even if it were a real thing, and you fell into that category, and you wanted to lose weight, wouldn't it make sense to eat more of the stuff your body is less efficient with? Greater efficiency implies a higher net energy intake from the foods you're more efficient at processing. Why would you want that?
I love how pseudo science so often fails to have even internal consistency.10 -
Did you see that quiz on FaceBook? Not sure if it is still a thing, but in 2016 the real purpose of many FB quizzes was other than giving you useful information.9

I once took a quiz that told me I was a chicken nugget15

I had never heard of this so I did some googling. It seems to be a variation of the long discredited ecto - meso- endomorph theory, with a lot of really bad diet advice layered on top, and some medical misinformation on the side. You are not fat protein efficient because that is not a thing. In addition, you should not do anything told to you by anyone who uses this terminology.
Many people who are overweight have some degree of insulin resistance - that is a real thing. People with insulin resistance can benefit by eating lower carb. This is not diagnosed by taking an internet quiz, it’s diagnosed by seeing a doctor and getting an a1c test.7 -

That's the general drift brother. Just using the vegan diet as an example when it comes to carbs and fats.2 -
