    Wow WOW WOW!! You look fab!!! 23 lbs in 3 months is so great congrats on your weight loss.. I am aiming to lose 6-8 lbs /month and been achieving it so far. You give me a lot of hope.

    P.S. Your "girls" stayed with you I'm so jealous LOL :laugh:

    I <3 this post! If you look THAT different after just 23lbs, I cant wait to get to my goal! I remember what I looked like before I had kids, but it is still hard to think what a difference each few pounds is going to make! Thank you!
