My name is Rosie, I have recently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis, and I can't do excessive exercise. I would like to know if anyone else is dealing with this illness because I would like some advice and support.

    Hi Rosie - I'm in the same boat as you. Newly diagnosed and just trying to figure it out. I tried Mestinon for a month but it didn't help. I just started prednisone today. Hoping that will make me a little stronger and I can start working out again.
