I’m new here just now joined I’m open to make new friends who are like minded I am on a healthier better choices in eating it’s not easy considering I have an eating disorder. I see a pt weekly n do my own workout a couple of dayz a week which can only incorporated to slow cardio n low impact pt sesshs atm due to a heart condition. I don’t have the support of friends as they r so concentrated on their own life. I have lost 13.7kgs so far and still have a good 40kgs to lose.0
