Do you base your calorie intake on what the app recommends or do you have your own calorie intake goa?l! Asking because I need a bit of help on how to determine mine! Also good job!! That’s amazing ☺️0

Thanks Karla! Yesterday was the first time using this app. I was already logging macros & calories based on my own goal. I consume around 1600-1800 calories daily. This is at an extreme deficit for me.1

Starting weight 136 lbs early part of July.
Current weight 130 lbs.
Lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks with Keto IF and 15mim yoga/short hiit.

I'm 129 lbs lost 6lbs still need to lose some belly fat aim to get to 117lbs.
