    welcome to the group and best of luck.

    Motivation is fleeting, what I find helps is:
    - having a plan
    - not making weight loss harder than it needs to be (don't promise you go to the gym daily when you hate the gym, don't under eat and eat only "clean healthy diet foods".

    Welcome to MFP! Motivation comes from within, friends are for support. Whatever your reason for wanting to get healthy, put it out in front of you every day and remind yourself of it all day long.

    Progress Pics really help spur you on too. Don't worry about weight, there's too many variables and besides... scales lie! 😄

    Stay consistent and be persistent and you'll start seeing results!
